Hate to see it. My favorite festival, Suwannee Hulaween, admitted to committing “accounting errors” which resulted in an unspecified amount of unpaid artists. This troubling revelation was first outed in a post from Justin Casey, the artist overseeing the absolutely breathtaking installations in and around Spirit Lake.
Hulaween Festival organizers released a statement in response the following day:
