Afro House heavyweights Dems and De La Noise bring their distinct sounds together on ‘Without Borders’, released October 16, 2026, through Afroholic and Amajoyo Records. Blending their experience across the international Afro House scene, the duo delivers a collaboration built around deep percussion, brooding synths, and a commanding peak-time rhythm.

Both artists have established their own presence within the global electronic music community. Dems has received support from Black Coffee, Bun Xapa, Kasango, and Marco Carola, with releases on labels including Into Art, Olumo, and Under The Hat. Meanwhile, De La Noise has performed at major events and venues such as Ultra Europe, Pacha on Tour, Ulu Cliffhouse Bali, Warp Tokyo, and Amsterdam Dance Event, alongside multiple tours throughout South Africa.

As an Afro House and Afro Tech DJ and producer, Dems is known for combining melodic elements with driving rhythms and club-focused energy. Tracks such as ‘Exchange’, ‘Mandalorian’, and ‘Money Check’ helped establish his signature sound, while subsequent releases including ‘B.A.B.E’, ‘We Move, We Dance’, and ‘Malfunction’ have continued to expand his catalogue.

With more than two decades of experience, Dutch DJ De La Noise has developed a dynamic approach to Afro House, Afro Tech, and uplifting house music. His sets combine technical precision with an instinctive understanding of the dancefloor, shaped in part by his background as a professional dancer. Outside of performing, he founded Amajoyo, an Afro House platform and record label dedicated to championing international talent. The platform has hosted artists including Nitefreak, Kasango, and Kususa.

‘Without Borders’ opens with a filtered sweep of percussion, gradually revealing a steady, brooding rhythm that sits between Afro House and Afro Tech. Deep, rolling percussion and a heavy bassline establish the track’s foundation, while dark synths swell and build anticipation. A brief moment of silence heightens the tension before the production erupts into a massive chorus.

Industrial-sounding synths periodically cut through the arrangement, adding weight and texture as the track develops around its hypnotic, peak-time groove. The combination of atmospheric tension and driving percussion makes ‘Without Borders’ a compelling addition to the Afro House and Afro Tech landscape, with a sound likely to resonate with fans of Black Coffee, Shimza, and Nitefreak.

For Dems and De La Noise, the collaboration also represents a milestone in their creative partnership. Despite having worked on several projects and spending considerable time together in the studio, ‘Without Borders’ marks their first official release as a duo.

“We’ve worked on several projects and spent plenty of time in the studio together, but Without Borders is our first official release together. We teased it on TikTok a while back, and the reactions were crazy. Big names started hitting us up asking for it, so we knew we had something special. The title says it all: music has no boundaries. So it only made sense to release it as a joint release between Afroholic and Amajoyo Records,” Dems and De La Noise shared.

With its powerful production and collaborative spirit, ‘Without Borders’ brings together two established voices in Afro House for a release that reflects the genre’s growing international reach.
