Apple Music has unveiled HYPERHOUSE LIVE, a new monthly live mix series expanding Anna Lunoe’s long-running HYPERHOUSE program. Designed to showcase Australia’s thriving underground dance music scene, the new series features exclusive DJ sets from emerging artists, producers, selectors, and community leaders helping shape the country’s evolving club culture.
Hosted and curated by Anna Lunoe, HYPERHOUSE LIVE builds on the success of her decade-long HYPERHOUSE platform, adding a live performance element that introduces global audiences to Australia’s next wave of electronic music talent.
“Australia has been a jump off for world-class DJs for years! You know the names of some but there are many more that deserve a global spotlight,” says Anna Lunoe. “HYPERHOUSE LIVE is about celebrating those pushing club culture forward, those creating communities that are nurturing talent and giving them a platform to reach listeners beyond our shores. I’m so excited for people around the world to discover these artists through Apple Music.”
The series debuts on July 11 with bass music tastemaker Mincy, kicking off a monthly lineup that highlights the diversity of Australia’s electronic music community. Future episodes will feature experimental duo 2Touch, ballroom and diasporic club collective KILIMI, rave innovator Human Movement, Latin diaspora advocate Carolina Gasolina, and genre-blending selector Dayzzi, whose rhythm-driven sets have earned a growing following.
Each installment will premiere on the HYPERHOUSE curator page for Apple Music subscribers while also broadcasting free on Apple Music Club Radio every Saturday at 11:00 PM PT and Sunday at 4:00 PM AEST, making the series accessible to listeners worldwide.
A pioneering DJ, producer, broadcaster, and one of Apple Music’s longest-running voices in dance and electronic music, Anna Lunoe has consistently championed emerging artists through HYPERHOUSE. The addition of HYPERHOUSE LIVE further strengthens that mission by providing rising Australian talent with an international platform through professionally recorded DJ performances.
The launch also reinforces Apple Music’s ongoing investment in DJ culture. Building upon its successful DJ Mix program and newer initiatives including Club Mix and Club Resident, HYPERHOUSE LIVE highlights the platform’s continued commitment to artist-led programming, expert curation, and showcasing the evolving landscape of global electronic music.
With HYPERHOUSE LIVE, Anna Lunoe offers listeners an authentic snapshot of Australia’s dynamic club scene, connecting local communities with audiences around the world while shining a spotlight on the artists driving the future of dance music.
