Somewhere Festival is expanding its musical footprint ahead of its September return to downtown Wichita, unveiling a second wave of artists alongside daily schedules and the launch of single-day ticket sales. Taking place September 25–26, the growing Midwest festival has added acclaimed country artists ERNEST, Cooper Alan, and Logan Mize, electronic duo Eli & Fur, powerhouse vocalist Kaleena Zanders, rising artists Just Jayne and Jaelen Johnston, dance collective ME N Ü, and Country Night.
Produced by Movement Musick in partnership with Breakaway, Somewhere Festival has quickly emerged as a distinctive addition to the Midwest festival landscape. The two-day event brings nationally recognized performers, emerging artists, and Wichita’s creative community together through a broad program of live music, art, food, immersive experiences, and community-focused programming.
With the daily schedules now confirmed, festivalgoers can begin planning their weekend. Friday, September 25 will feature Bailey Zimmerman, DJ Diesel (Shaquille O’Neal), Ian Munsick, Evan Honer, ME N Ü, Night Tales (Presenting CLR), and more.
Saturday, September 26 will be headlined by ERNEST, Two Friends, Bob Moses (Club Set), Cooper Alan, Eli & Fur, Kaleena Zanders, Cure for Paranoia, and additional performers spread across multiple stages throughout downtown Wichita.
The latest additions reinforce Somewhere Festival’s focus on musical discovery, with a lineup that moves freely between country, electronic, indie, hip-hop, soul, singer-songwriter, and local music. Approximately 25 local artists are expected to perform across the weekend, with Jaelen Johnston and Logan Mize among the featured local performers.
That emphasis on homegrown talent remains a key part of the festival’s identity. By placing emerging Wichita artists alongside established national acts, Somewhere Festival creates opportunities for local performers to reach new audiences while showcasing the depth of the region’s creative community.
The festival has also revealed the complete lineup for the Tribal Roots Beat Bus, one of its most distinctive community stages. Friday’s programming will feature Qlank, Bordas Brothers, Owlsey, Vince, Jay Walker, Avitra, and DJ Moo, while Saturday brings SFAM, Marcobiotics, It Might Be Dylan, Lotusflow, Just Tommy, Goaty, and Dess Trippy.
The Beat Bus provides another avenue for musical exploration, spotlighting Indigenous, regional, and emerging artists while adding a unique stage experience to the festival’s downtown footprint.
Music is only one part of the Somewhere Festival experience. Across downtown Wichita, attendees will encounter interactive art installations, local food vendors, sponsor activations, free community programming, and premium fan experiences designed to turn the festival into a walkable celebration of the city.
The returning Be The People Block Party will once again connect festivalgoers with local and national organizations working across areas including mental health, addiction recovery, education, economic mobility, civic engagement, and creative expression. Through interactive experiences and community programming, the initiative aims to extend the festival’s impact beyond its two-day schedule.
Ticket options include General Admission, VIP, Somewhere Deck, and the premium Somewhere On Stage experience, which provides exclusive viewing areas, enhanced amenities, and expanded access throughout the weekend.
