Framework and unKommon events are joining forces to bring ANOTR to Miami Art Week for a special headline performance on December 4, 2026. Taking place at a never-before-used venue at Watson Island Park, the event will mark Framework’s debut in Miami while bringing together two independent event producers with a shared passion for immersive experiences, underground electronic music, and creative community.
The collaboration pairs Framework’s experience in underground electronic music, world-class talent, and immersive production with unKommon events’ deep roots in Miami and reputation for highly curated experiences. From talent and concept through production and guest experience, the two teams are developing an event specifically designed for the cultural energy of Miami Art Week.

At the center of the event is ANOTR, the Amsterdam-based electronic duo known for a distinctive approach to house music that draws from disco, soul, funk, and jazz. Rather than following convention, the duo has built its identity around creative instinct, resulting in music that feels both deeply rooted in dancefloor culture and unconcerned with genre boundaries.
With hundreds of millions of streams and standout tracks including “Relax My Eyes,” “How You Feel,” and “Talk To You,” ANOTR have become one of electronic music’s most recognizable contemporary acts. Their latest albums, On A Trip (2025) and Withness (2026), have continued to expand their global audience, while sold-out headline performances and festival appearances at Coachella, Glastonbury, and beyond have established their reputation as a major live act.
The Withness era has also extended beyond traditional album promotion. ANOTR have taken the project into cities including Rio de Janeiro, Miami, and Milan through a series of free, one-off pop-up events, reinforcing the duo’s preference for creating experiences that feel connected to the communities where they take place.
That philosophy runs throughout ANOTR’s broader creative world. Through No Art, their label, event series, and creative platform, the duo has cultivated a global community built around sound, aesthetics, and collaboration. They have also increasingly stepped outside the traditional touring model, bringing artists together for creative retreats designed to foster original music and new connections.
The Miami Art Week collaboration arrives during a significant period of expansion for Framework. After more than a decade helping shape Los Angeles’ underground electronic music scene, the independent event producer is now entering new U.S. markets with an approach centered on intentional programming and experiences tailored to each destination.
Alongside its Miami debut, Framework recently announced its first event in Arizona, partnering with Relentless Beats for a Halloween event headlined by Chris Stussy. The two new markets arrive on the heels of a landmark year for the company and its acclaimed, largely sold-out 2026 Summer Series.
That series transformed distinctive Los Angeles locations including Gin Ling Way, California Plaza, Los Angeles State Historic Park, Reframe Studios Outdoors, and Exposition Lawn into destination-worthy settings for performances from Gorgon City, Disco Lines, SG Lewis, &ME, Carlita, SOSA, Ben Sterling, Rossi., Chris Lake, Max Dean & Luke Dean, Francis Mercier, Shimza, and others.
The momentum continues into the fall with performances from HUGEL, PAWSA, Solomun, Afrojack, KETTAMA, Prospa, Josh Baker, Max Styler, Jimi Jules, and more.
As Framework continues expanding beyond Los Angeles, its partnership with unKommon events represents a natural extension of that philosophy: enter new markets without imposing a one-size-fits-all formula.
