Framework, one of the leading independent producers of underground electronic music experiences, is expanding into Arizona for the first time through a major partnership with Relentless Beats, the Southwest’s premier independent dance music promoter. Together, the two companies will present a special one-night event headlined by Chris Stussy at Rawhide Event Center in Phoenix on Friday, October 30, 2026.
The collaboration marks a significant milestone for both promoters, combining Framework’s signature immersive production style with Relentless Beats’ decades of experience cultivating Arizona’s thriving electronic music community.
Headlining the event is Dutch house sensation Chris Stussy, whose infectious blend of house and minimal grooves has made him one of the underground scene’s most in-demand artists. Joining him is Rossi., the London-based producer, DJ, and founder of Homegrown., whose deep, rolling house sound has earned widespread acclaim throughout the underground circuit. Also on the lineup is rising Dutch producer Marsolo, known for his sample-driven house productions and chart-topping releases, including “Step by Step,” alongside Natalia Roth, the Puerto Rican DJ, vocalist, and producer recognized for blending soulful vocals with infectious club rhythms.
Tickets go on sale Friday, July 24, at 1:00 p.m. MT, with the 18+ event expected to draw house music fans from across the Southwest.
The partnership represents a natural evolution for both organizations. Framework has built a national reputation for transforming unique urban spaces into immersive dance music destinations, pairing cutting-edge production with carefully curated underground lineups. Its 2026 calendar has featured performances from artists including Chris Lake, HUGEL, KETTAMA, Prospa, Rossi., SOSA, Max Styler, and Francis Mercier, while activating iconic Los Angeles locations such as Gin Ling Way, Exposition Park, California Plaza, LA State Historic Park, Reframe Studios Outdoors, and the Rio Vista Lot at Sears.
The move into Arizona signals the next phase of Framework’s continued expansion, bringing its acclaimed event experience to one of the fastest-growing dance music markets in the United States.
For Relentless Beats, the partnership builds on what has already been its biggest year to date. Riding the momentum of flagship events including Decadence AZ, the recently launched System Overload festival, and headline performances from artists such as INZO, Crankdat, and Shaquille O’Neal (DJ Diesel) during the FIFA World Cup festivities in Seattle, the promoter continues to expand its national footprint while strengthening its presence throughout the Southwest.
The remainder of 2026 promises to be one of the busiest festival seasons in company history. Following an end-of-summer performance with Tape B, Relentless Beats will continue delivering a packed calendar that includes Experts Only Festival in New York City, Goldrush: Midnight Riders, new events HEX and Obsidian, DUSK, Better Together, and Decadence AZ: Sands of Eternity.
By uniting two of the country’s most respected independent promoters, the upcoming Chris Stussy showcase promises to deliver a standout Halloween weekend experience. Combining Framework’s immersive production expertise with Relentless Beats’ deep understanding of the Arizona dance music community, the event is poised to become one of the Southwest’s most anticipated underground electronic gatherings of the year.
