Seth Troxler and Bill Patrick are bringing their candid conversations back for Season 2 of Flirting With Friendship, the video-first podcast presented and produced by StrataSonic. Premiering October 13, the new 14-episode season opens with the longtime friends themselves before welcoming a wide-ranging group of guests, including Armin van Buuren, Chloé Caillet, Fatboy Slim, TOKiMONSTA, and A-Trak. The season will conclude with a finale on April 13, 2027.
Built around a friendship spanning two decades, Flirting With Friendship offers a more personal take on conversations within electronic music and club culture. Rather than sticking to the familiar talking points of an artist interview, Troxler and Patrick create space for stories that move between humor, vulnerability, and the unpredictable dynamics of a late-night conversation. Their easy chemistry, affectionate teasing, and willingness to get personal help guests show sides of themselves that audiences might not typically see.
The podcast first launched in 2025, with its initial season filmed in Troxler’s parents’ living room in Ibiza. That intimate setting helped establish the show’s informal approach, welcoming guests such as Róisín Murphy, Damian Lazarus, Felipe Pantone, John Acquaviva, Chris Korda, Miranda Makaroff, Pascal Moscheni, George Stavro, Marcello Burlon, and DJ Tennis. The combination of music, spontaneous audience interaction, and unfiltered conversation gave the series a distinctive place within the electronic music community.
Season 2 expands that format with guests representing different generations and corners of the scene. Alongside Armin van Buuren, Chloé Caillet, Fatboy Slim, TOKiMONSTA, and A-Trak, the lineup features Hiroko, Matthew Dear, Steve Hogan, Kaz James, Doc Martin, Heidi Lawden, and Alan T. The varied roster brings together artists and personalities with different perspectives on music, creativity, and life beyond the booth.
At its core, the series remains focused on the relationships that develop behind the scenes of a music industry often defined by touring schedules, public personas, and professional milestones. Through conversations that can shift from thoughtful reflections to outright absurdity, Troxler and Patrick explore what brings people together, how friendships endure, and what can emerge when guests feel comfortable enough to drop their guard.
The new season follows a staggered release schedule, beginning with the premiere on October 13. Armin van Buuren’s episode arrives October 20, followed by new guest episodes every other Tuesday from November 3 through December 15. After a three-week mid-season break, the series returns January 12 and continues fortnightly through April 6, leading into the April 13 finale.
Beyond its digital format, Flirting With Friendship has also taken its conversations into the festival environment, with appearances at III Points and Coachella. Additional live activations are planned, extending the show’s emphasis on personal connection beyond the screen and into the spaces where music communities come together.
With Season 2, Seth Troxler and Bill Patrick continue building a platform that puts human connection alongside their shared history in electronic music. The new episodes of Flirting With Friendship will be available on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts, offering listeners and viewers another opportunity to get to know the people behind the music through conversations that are as personal as they are unpredictable.
