Brussels collective Balagan World is scaling up for its biggest production to date, bringing a 5,000-capacity open-air celebration of house music to Quai de Heembeek at the Port of Brussels on Saturday, August 29, 2026. Set against the industrial canalside surroundings, the one-day event will be headlined by Folamour, Seth Troxler, and Jamie 3:26.
Leading the international lineup is Folamour, one of European house music’s most distinctive contemporary figures. Known for his energetic, disco-tinged approach to the dancefloor, the French producer has continued to expand his global profile through standout performances at Coachella, Glastonbury, Tomorrowland, and numerous other major festivals.
Joining him is Detroit-born selector and producer Seth Troxler, whose deep connection to underground dance music has made him a fixture of the global house and techno community. A Grammy-nominated producer for his collaboration with Diplo, Troxler has built his reputation around an instinctive ability to move between deeper underground sounds while maintaining the energy and spontaneity of a true party starter.
Rounding out the international headliners is Jamie 3:26, a revered figure in Chicago house whose connection to the genre runs deep. His approach to soulful, groove-focused house music brings a direct link to the tradition that continues to influence dancefloors around the world.
Two Belgian artists complete the lineup. TOOLATE Groove, a Brussels-based producer, brings a soulful, jazz-influenced approach to house music that has earned broad support across the electronic scene. Rozental, meanwhile, represents the homegrown Balagan World sound as one of the collective’s residents and an increasingly compelling presence within Belgium’s electronic music community.
The location is just as important to the event’s identity as the lineup. Quai de Heembeek is a functioning stretch of the Port of Brussels, offering an industrial waterside environment far removed from the traditional festival field. Its raw architecture and proximity to the water provide a distinctive backdrop for Balagan World’s largest-scale production yet.
The event follows the collective’s inaugural open-air at Silo in Brussels in 2025, marking a significant expansion in both capacity and production. Founded by Brussels friends Johan Kirszner and Alon Zur, Balagan World has grown beyond its home city in recent years, expanding its events into Paris, Milan, and London while maintaining a focus on unconventional spaces and carefully curated house music programming.
“After a first successful open air at the Silo in Brussels in 2025, Balagan World is taking a new step with a larger-scale production in the heart of the Port of Brussels. Quai de Heembeek will offer a unique industrial setting by the water for a day dedicated to house music,” said Alon Zur, co-founder of Balagan World.
With three internationally respected house music figures leading the bill and a setting that embodies the collective’s preference for unconventional spaces, the Balagan World open-air is shaping up to be one of Brussels’ standout electronic music events of the summer.
