Acclaimed Melbourne producer Osmosis Jones has released “Tonight’s The Night,” the second single from his forthcoming EP, Saturday, arriving later this month. Continuing to establish himself as one of the most exciting names in the underground UK Garage scene, the new release showcases his ability to blend classic influences with a modern dancefloor sensibility.

“Tonight’s The Night” finds Osmosis Jones leaning further into the melodic side of UK Garage, combining swung rhythms, soulful vocal hooks, and understated production. Rooted in the timeless foundations of classic 2-step, the track balances nostalgic garage textures with polished contemporary production, creating a record that pays tribute to the genre’s heritage while feeling perfectly suited for today’s clubs and festivals.

Reflecting on the inspiration behind the track, Osmosis Jones shared:

“‘Tonight’s The Night’ was written straight after Houghton Festival in the UK, coming off one of the best weekends of music I’ve ever experienced. I made the track while touring across Europe, written on a train to Germany and finished on my grandma’s coffee table. I aimed to capture that festival feeling while nodding to my roots of classic speed garage.”

He continued:

“It’s built around stomping drums, a heavy sub bassline, and big house vocals. I’ve been playing it out on tour and it’s been getting a strong reaction every time. It works perfectly early in a set to set the tone and let the crowd know the night’s about to kick off. It’s my favourite track I’ve made in the last year.”

The release follows a breakout period for the Melbourne-based artist, who recently sold out a headline show at The Carpet Shop in London. Over the past few years, Osmosis Jones has become a driving force behind Australia’s rapidly growing UK Garage movement, helping shine an international spotlight on the country’s thriving underground scene.

His productions are built on a deep appreciation for the genre’s origins, drawing heavily from authentic ’90s and early-2000s UK Garage while introducing fresh ideas that resonate with modern audiences. That dedication has earned support from respected artists including Interplanetary Criminal, Main Phase, Sammy Virji, Silva Bumpa, Dr. Dubplate, and Prozac.

With more than one million streams on Spotify, Osmosis Jones has continued his ascent through releases on influential labels including EC2A, ATW, No Instruction, and OG Amsterdam. Beyond his own productions, he also operates INTHEHOUSE Records, an independent imprint dedicated to showcasing his deeper releases while providing a platform for emerging artists from around the world.

The new single arrives as Osmosis Jones continues his highly anticipated United Kingdom and European summer tour, which includes performances at Eden Ibiza, Outlook Festival, Boomtown, and Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) later this year.

With “Tonight’s The Night,” Osmosis Jones delivers another compelling example of his evolving approach to UK Garage. Combining infectious grooves, soulful melodies, and deep respect for the genre’s roots, the track offers an exciting preview of what listeners can expect from his forthcoming Saturday EP while further cementing his reputation as one of the scene’s most promising talents.
