Frost Children Release Tweaker Poem EP Alongside Surreal “Creep” Music Video

Frost Children have released their new EP, Tweaker Poem, today via RCA Records. Alongside the project, the sibling duo has unveiled the official music video for “Creep,” directed by Andrea Mauri and edited by Araya Peterson. The striking visual places the pair in an endless white void, their bodies blurred and censored as they perform the song. The EP also features the previously released single Satellites,” which arrived with a music video directed by Lotus Blossom.

Later this month, Frost Children will return to New York City to host and headline the second edition of FROST FEST at Knockdown Center on July 25. Now completely sold out, this year’s festival marks the duo’s biggest hometown headline show to date and features performances from The Femcels, kuru, Thrilliam Angels, Olswel, and more. Since launching in 2024, FROST FEST has steadily grown from its early editions at Music Hall of Williamsburg and RASH, previously showcasing artists including Danny Brown, Lip Critic, Feardorian, Nation, Babymorocco, MGNA Crrrta, and Suzy Sheer.

Created during a sleep-deprived 24-hour recording session in Tokyo on January 2, 2026, Tweaker Poem emerged during a turbulent period for the duo. Angel and Lulu Prost left New York City after discovering they were being stalked, channeling that unsettling experience into a project shaped by isolation, exhaustion, and emotional vulnerability.

Reflecting on the EP’s creation, Angel Prost shared:

“After dealing with a horrifying stalker in NYC we wanted to self-isolate and make a short project in one sitting fueled by sleep deprivation and discomfort. The songs on the EP are tracklisted in the order we made them, from morning until the next morning.

Tweaker Poem is an ode to psychotic obsession and transcendent admiration for an Idol—when love letters start to sound more tweaky and oddly spiteful than loving. The project sympathizes with and beautifies the dejected loner, the lover who doesn’t know how to read the room, too obsessed with maintaining a private fantasy to invest in reality. The tweaker, by our definition embodied by the possessive/obsessive laser-focused lover-weirdo, deserves to laugh and cry and have anthems, too.

These are hymns for lovers who hypnotize themselves with faith when the world seems to frown and frown and frown at them.”

The release follows a busy year for Frost Children, who recently contributed production work to Kim Petras’ critically acclaimed album Detour. The duo also unveiled SISTER (remixed), a companion project featuring reimagined tracks from their 2025 album SISTER, with contributions from The Dare, Olswel, Saska, swedm®, and Ninajirachi. In support of that collaboration, Frost Children and Ninajirachi also sat down with DAZED to discuss their creative partnership, contemporary electronic music, and life on the road.
