Global electronic music artist Don Diablo continues to push boundaries with his latest release, “Lete Sound,” an Afro house track that blends his futuristic production style with East African musical influences. Featuring Tanzanian singer Ben Pol and Kenyan rapper Juliani, the single emphasizes cultural exchange, unity, and optimism, offering a global platform for African talent.
Beyond its musical innovation, “Lete Sound” signals the start of Don Diablo’s partnership with Restore Local, a growing movement championing locally led ecosystem restoration across Africa. The project builds on the artist’s long-standing philanthropic work, which previously included youth-focused initiatives such as Dance4Life, raising HIV/AIDS awareness, and collaborations with JustDiggit on the “Stream To Regreen” campaign, where streaming revenues from his track with Ty Dolla $ign supported landscape restoration projects. Restore Local contributes to climate resilience, biodiversity recovery, and the creation of stronger local economies across the continent.
“Lete Sound” is the first release from Don Diablo’s forthcoming three-track EP, Restore Local Sessions, a project aimed at connecting global audiences to local restoration efforts while raising awareness of environmental stewardship. The release also marks a creative side chapter for Don Diablo as he balances philanthropic work with his upcoming studio album, FLUX, which was introduced with the release of “Go Home With A Stranger,” a collaboration with Wiz Khalifa and Chri$tian Gate$.
Through “Lete Sound” and the Restore Local Sessions, Don Diablo continues to merge music, culture, and purpose—using sound and storytelling to amplify a movement that is transforming landscapes and communities across Africa.
