London-based artists Denham Audio and YOKIZ join forces on “Chaser 2,” a high-octane breakbeat rework of YOKIZ’s original, out now via HARD Recs. The release builds on the foundation of the first version while pushing deeper into the intensity and forward momentum that define both artists’ sound.
Rooted in the DNA of UK rave culture, Denham Audio continues to carve out a distinct lane at the intersection of multiple genres. His approach remains fluid and uncompromising, pulling from jungle, techno, hard groove, UK garage, grime, hardcore, and beyond, all while maintaining a clear identity shaped by the underground.
On “Chaser 2,” that versatility is on full display. The track reworks grime’s raw, confrontational energy into a relentless breakbeat structure, driven by booming low-end pressure, tightly wound drum patterns, and atmospheric textures that add depth without easing the intensity. YOKIZ, formerly known as KIZ!, delivers sharp, gravel-toned bars with rapid-fire precision, reinforcing a tone of confidence and defiance that cuts through the track’s heavy framework.
