Dutch producer and Drum and Bass superstar Maduk is back with a brand new three track EP. After taking a brief hiatus from recording, Maduk has returned with a vengeance! He shows off his producing talent with his new EP on his very own label Liquicity Records. This new release features “Go” (feat. Lachi), “Coming Down”, and “Go” (Instrumental).
These three tracks showcase Maduk’s versatility as a producer. “Go”, the EP opener, utilizes a liquid Drum and Bass/pop crossover sound, led by the soaring vocals of New York songstress Lachi, who has previously written for the likes of Snoop Dogg and Markus Schulz. The release is super catchy and is bound to be a club favorite!
Using a deeper and more hollow range of bass stabs on “Coming Down”, the track displays Maduk‘s club-focused side, producing a Drum and Bass anthem perfectly crafted for festival mainstages. “Coming Down” is a feel-good track which ties in minimal lyrics with a steady, deep bass line.
“I started working on ‘Go’ one year ago and the instrumental gave me so much energy and happiness right away. I have never recorded this many brass instruments (trumpet, saxophone, trombone, tuba) for a track before, so it’s very exciting!”
