smashBOX, the electrifying alter ego of Alex TerraNova, makes his return on Friday, October 25, 2024, with a rework of “Dice” featuring Finley Quaye and Beth Orton. Originally bootlegged by TerraNova in 2010, this track breathes new life into the 2002 classic made famous by The OC. The marks the full resurgence of the smashBOX moniker, with TerraNova blending nostalgia and fresh production into this electronic masterpiece.

The release of Dice is part of the upcoming smashBOX album titled 12 Years, which pays homage to the decade-long period of writer’s block TerraNova experienced. The album will be self-released under his TerraNova.Lov3 Ministry label, distributed via Distrokid. “Dice” and its follow-up will be the first two tracks on this highly anticipated record, fusing old-school vibes with TerraNova’s electronic touch.
