Shock rock legends GWAR are gearing up for another blood-soaked takeover, announcing their latest North American run, the “Gor Gor Must Die! Tour.” Known for their unrelenting fusion of theatrical horror, satire, and heavy metal chaos, the intergalactic collective is once again preparing to bring their signature spectacle to stages across the continent this fall.
Joining GWAR on this descent into carnage is black ‘n’ roll powerhouse Midnight, stepping in as direct support, while the fast-food-fueled parody metal act Mac Sabbath will open each night. Select dates will also feature appearances from X-COPS and Atomic Rule, rounding out a stacked lineup that leans fully into the band’s unhinged, immersive live experience.
The tour launches October 27 in Charlottesville, VA, before tearing through major cities across the U.S. and Canada. Along the way, GWAR will make a special appearance aboard The Headbangers Boat, culminating in a final stop on December 12 in Norfolk, VA. Fans can expect a full-scale production that blurs the lines between concert and carnivalesque destruction, as the band confronts their infamous offspring, Gor Gor, in a storyline-driven performance packed with gore, humor, and relentless energy.

Alongside the tour announcement, GWAR is also delivering a new collectible for their loyal Bohabs: a Limited Edition Pink 7-inch vinyl. The release features the band’s warped reinterpretation of Chappell Roan’s “Pink Pony Club,” paired with their take on Ryan Gosling’s “I’m Just Ken,” reimagined as “We’re Just GWAR.” The release continues the band’s tradition of twisting pop culture into something unmistakably their own, blending humor, parody, and their unmistakable sonic aggression.
