CID returns to Insomniac Records with his latest single, “Don’t Call Me,” delivering a darker, more seductive take on his signature club sound. The new tech house release arrives ahead of his January headline performance at the Hollywood Palladium, adding another chapter to the GRAMMY-winning producer’s ongoing run of club-focused releases.

Raised in Queens, CID has earned a place among house music’s leading artists, creating records that connect with commercial audiences, underground fans, and clubgoers alike. His production credits include co-producing Cedric Gervais’ GRAMMY-winning remix of Lana Del Rey’s “Summertime Sadness.” He later received a second GRAMMY nomination for his remix of “Audio” by LSD. Beyond his production work, CID runs his own label, Night Service Only, and has become one of Beatport’s highest-selling artists. His catalog has also surpassed one billion streams on Spotify.

“Don’t Call Me” explores the tension and temptation of a secret late-night hookup. A sultry, low-register vocal delivers a warning to an unexpected caller: don’t reach out unless you’re serious about coming over. Dark synths and moody melodies establish the track’s seductive atmosphere, while deep, rolling percussion, heavy bass, and crisp claps maintain its driving tech house momentum.

The release follows CID’s previous Insomniac Records single, “Loaded Gun,” which has accumulated 2.61 million streams. The track also received radio support from Sirius XM, Kiss FM AUS, SLAM!, Radio 538, NRJ, Sunshine Live, Fun Radio, and Radio FG. Its mixshow support included Martin Garrix, ACRAZE, Oliver Heldens, TELYKAST, Afrojack, and Nicky Romero.

CID is currently taking his “Out of Service” tour across the country, with a headline performance at the Hollywood Palladium on January 9, followed by a January 29 appearance at Concourse Project in Austin. Additional stops include EDC Orlando, Breakaway Festival, DPRTMNT, The Village Beach Club, Goldrush Festival, Blackbox Theatre, 1015 Folsom, Common UNDRGRD, The Forum, The Vogue, and District.

With “Don’t Call Me,” CID continues to build on his established club sound while leaning into a moodier, late-night atmosphere. The single is out now via Insomniac Records.
