Washington, D.C.-based house producer CH@NC3 joins forces with Mexico City producer JEZZ on “Mode Vision,” a new collaboration bringing together the underground club sounds of both cities. Released through Insomniac Records and Disorder Records, the track marks the first joint release between the two labels, connecting artists who are helping drive renewed interest in club-focused electronic music.
Built around a minimal tech-house groove, “Mode Vision” leans into deep basslines, tight percussion, and subtle synth leads. Its stripped-back production creates a late-night atmosphere that puts rhythm at the center, drawing on the underground influences shaping both producers’ sounds. Rather than relying on oversized drops or elaborate arrangements, the track focuses on a steady groove designed for the dancefloor.
The collaboration also represents a milestone for Insomniac Records and Disorder Records, whose partnership brings together two labels working to support the evolving club music scene. With CH@NC3 and JEZZ combining their distinct backgrounds, “Mode Vision” offers a meeting point between Washington, D.C.’s emerging house movement and Mexico City’s underground electronic community.
For CH@NC3, the release arrives amid a rapid rise since launching the project last year. His catalog has generated more than 20 million streams and over two million views on TikTok, helping establish his presence among a growing audience for contemporary house music. He has also received support from established names including Omar+, Danny P, and Paco Osuna.
In a statement about the collaboration, CH@NC3 described how naturally the track came together despite the distance between the producers.
“‘Mode Vision’ was made remotely between me in DC and JEZZ in Mexico, but it clicked really naturally. From the start it felt like a proper club track to us. Seeing it take on a life of its own online has been amazing, and with Insomniac and Disorder releasing music from so many artists we rate, it feels like the perfect home for the record,” CH@NC3 says.
JEZZ brings his own established history in minimal and deep tech to the release. His 2020 track “Onyx” reached No. 1 on Beatport’s Minimal / Deep Tech chart and has since accumulated 871,800 streams. His music has earned support from tastemakers including Chris Stussy, East End Dubs, Sidney Charles, Hector Couto, Madvilla, Toman, Rossi., and Rendher.
Beyond his releases, JEZZ has built an international presence through performances across Mexico, Europe, Central America, and South America. His appearances include BPM Festival, Sacré France, Boiler Club Switzerland, X Club Spain, and Club Atelier Amsterdam, bringing his sound to audiences across a range of underground dance music scenes.
With “Mode Vision,” the two producers channel their respective experiences into a focused club track that prioritizes groove and atmosphere. The release gives CH@NC3 another opportunity to build on his fast-growing momentum while connecting JEZZ’s established minimal tech background with a new transatlantic collaboration. For Insomniac Records and Disorder Records, it also marks the beginning of a shared release history centered on the artists shaping contemporary underground dance music.
