“FOMO is about being everywhere and nowhere at the same time,” says Noshows. “It’s that feeling of watching life happen through a screen — knowing you’re missing something, but not even sure what anymore. I wanted the songs to feel anxious, seductive, and a little unhinged… because that’s honestly how it feels to live inside that mindset.”
