As Disco Dom, his alter ego dedicated to the timeless sounds of soul, funk, and disco, he gets to explore a different side of that creative identity.
Now, Disco Dom makes his debut on Insomniac Records with “There Is Life,” an upbeat, euphoric track built around the simple idea of slowing down and reconnecting with what matters.
At the heart of the single is an intoxicating vocal topline centered on the vitality and emotional warmth found in a nurturing relationship. Around it, Disco Dom builds a rich, feel-good production filled with bass guitar licks, cosmic swooshes, crunchy synths, wah-wah guitar riffs, and bright melodic details.

“I felt like this track was the perfect way to close out the summer – it’s about finding your way back to what really matters. Everything moves so fast and we are all rushing to get to the next moment. Disco Dom’s message with ‘This is Life’ is to slow down, connect with each other and let yourself open up to life again – that’s what matters to me,” Disco Dom explains.
The release also marks another step in the evolution of a project that has steadily developed its own identity since debuting at EDC Las Vegas in 2021. Disco Dom quickly gained momentum with his first single, “Be The One” featuring Yung Bae, followed by his refunk of the Jackson 5 classic “ABC.”
The two releases have accumulated 2.52 million and 425.7K streams, respectively, while the project’s audience has continued to grow across platforms. That momentum accelerated after Disco Dom shared his now-viral “Stephanie – Disco Dom Refunk” edit during his sold-out 2025 performance at Hollywood Palladium. The moment generated more than 150,000 cross-platform followers and over five million impressions.
The growing success of Disco Dom has also allowed Dombresky to maintain two distinct creative lanes without separating them entirely. His main project continues to operate within the funky, feel-good house world that has established him as a major presence in dance music, while Disco Dom provides a space to dig deeper into the soul, funk, and disco records that inform his musical identity.
Both sides of that career are particularly active this summer.
Dombresky is currently moving through a packed Summer World Tour with stops at Nocturnal Wonderland, EDC Colombia, BOO Arizona, Day Trip Block Party, Lollapalooza, Hï Ibiza, Ushuaïa Ibiza, Ostend Beach Festival, and REALM PDX, alongside his LIV Las Vegas residency.
Meanwhile, Disco Dom has been taking his vintage-inspired sound to a growing collection of clubs and events, including La Discothèque showcases at Drumsheds and The Warehouse Project, as well as appearances at Pacha Ibiza, Club Space, Boat Cruise Boston, Elektricity, and Shooters.
