Yard Portugal is closing out its 2026 season with a new two-day celebration of electronic music, art, and design. For the first time, the Portuguese destination will host its end-of-season festival, One Last Summer Dance, in collaboration with The Moment, the Copenhagen-based festival brand founded by electronic trio WhoMadeWho. The event takes place September 11–12 at Yard Portugal’s White Sand Mountains in Setúbal.
At the center of the weekend will be WhoMadeWho, who will headline both days with two different performances. Friday will see the trio deliver a live set, while Saturday will feature a Hybrid set, giving audiences two distinct interpretations of the group’s celebrated blend of electronic music, live instrumentation, and genre-defying performance.
The wider lineup moves through house, techno, and melodic electronic music across two stages, with performances from Damian Lazarus, Dennis Cruz, DJ Tennis, Jimi Jules, Anthony, Brunello, Avangart Tabldot, Jamiie, and Luch. Additional artists are still set to be announced.
The collaboration brings The Moment’s distinctive creative identity to Yard Portugal. Founded around the same ethos of connection and musical exploration that runs through WhoMadeWho, the festival brand has become known for groove-driven music and feel-good dancefloors, taking its concept to destinations including Egypt, Morocco, and Brazil.
That energy aligns naturally with Yard Portugal, whose events have developed a reputation for combining electronic music with striking natural environments, art installations, immersive production, and a free-spirited atmosphere. Together, the two brands are creating a weekend designed to feel less like a conventional festival and more like a meeting point for music, culture, and the landscape surrounding it.
The setting is arguably the event’s most distinctive feature. One Last Summer Dance will unfold across the White Sand Mountains, where pale dunes and dramatic rock formations form the natural backdrop for Yard’s Main Stage and Heart Stage. Production, lighting, art, and visual installations will be integrated throughout the site, enhancing rather than overwhelming the surrounding environment.
Beyond the festival grounds, the weekend offers an opportunity to explore the wider Azeitão and Arrábida Natural Park region. Located within the Setúbal landscape, the area is known for vineyards, historic palaces, rugged coastline, and some of Portugal’s clearest beaches.
With support from Visit Portugal, the event also presents a different way to experience the country beyond its more familiar tourist destinations. Music and culture will provide the foundation, while the region’s natural beauty, heritage, and coastline become an integral part of the weekend.
The festival arrives following a significant year for Yard Portugal, which has continued to establish the White Sand Mountains as one of the country’s most distinctive destinations for electronic music and cultural experiences. Recent events have welcomed artists including RY X, Bonobo, PAWSA, Ahmed Spins, Rampa, Adam Port, and Disclosure.
Yard Portugal has also begun expanding its international presence, taking its concept beyond Setúbal with events in destinations including Rio de Janeiro.
Now, One Last Summer Dance will bring the 2026 chapter to a close with a collaboration that connects Yard Portugal’s immersive approach to music and place with The Moment’s community-focused festival identity.
