Bass music innovator YDG returns to Bassrush Records with his explosive new single, “Apocalypse,” a hard-hitting dubstep anthem selected as the official soundtrack for Zombie Apocalypse Festival, taking place June 19–20, 2026 aboard the historic Queen Mary in Long Beach, California.
Designed for maximum impact, “Apocalypse” captures the chaos and intensity of a full-scale zombie outbreak through cinematic sound design, crushing basslines, and relentless energy. The track serves as both a standalone festival weapon and the perfect sonic companion for Bassrush’s undead-themed festival experience.
Known for refusing to be confined to a single style, the Los Angeles-based producer has built a reputation as one of bass music’s most versatile rising talents, effortlessly moving between dubstep, melodic bass, trap, house, and experimental electronic music. With “Apocalypse,” YDG leans fully into his heavier side, crafting a widescreen dubstep production filled with siren-like alarms, horror-inspired vocal samples, and devastating low-end pressure.
