Northern California’s rising electronic force WINK returns to NIGHTMODE with his most personal release yet: “let u gooo,” out June 20. Known for his genre-defying blend of bass, trap, and experimental sounds, WINK now leans fully into his emotional core—both sonically and vocally—on this intimate future bass-inspired track.

Echoing the introspective tone of early 2010s electronica and the soaring sensibilities of classic future bass, “let u gooo” arrives as a slow-burn anthem of unresolved closure. WINK’s own melancholy vocals drift through a landscape of glistening synth textures, woozy atmospheres, and fragmented melodic flourishes. The production’s intentional restraint builds gradually toward a cathartic, oscillating drop that mirrors the track’s emotional unraveling.

‘let u gooo’ is an emotional track that features my own singing. I wanted to tap into the sounds of future bass and electronica from the 2010s and bring them into a modern and energetic context. This track is definitely a personal favorite of mine,” says WINK.

This release marks his third on NIGHTMODE, following the collaborative ‘SEEING DOUBLE’ EP with nikko, and his genre-hopping solo project ‘THRILL’. With a sound that effortlessly glides between trap, bassline, and UKG, WINK has drawn acclaim from outlets like EDM.com, Trap City, and Loudness, alongside playlist support from Apple Music and Spotify—including cover features on Trap Mojito and All New Dance.

Co-signed by heavyweights like RL Grime, Skrillex, and Peekaboo, WINK has already taken his sound to some of the scene’s biggest stages, from Red Rocks and Brooklyn Mirage to The Shrine LA, sharing lineups with the likes of Illenium and DJ Snake.

With “let u gooo,” WINK distills emotional resonance, cutting-edge production, and artistic vulnerability into one compelling release—continuing his fast rise while carving out a sound that’s unmistakably his own.

WINK’s “let u gooo” is out now on all platforms via NIGHTMODE.
