If you have not already, grab your masks and costumes, and ask for both tricks and treats because City Park New Orleans, LA will play host over Halloween weekend to the 21st annual Voodoo Music Festival. The big headliners this year are a mixed bag of goodies to excite and attract an eclectic group to the Big Easy. Guns N’ Roses will surely bring you aboard The “Nightrain” if “You’re F’ckn’ Crazy“, Post Malone will make you feel “Better Now“… Better Now, and Beck will surely make you hear “Colors” while serenading you on him being a “Loser“, baby. But, there will be four stages for your fresh sonic sounding tastes. The line up will also include Bassnectar, Interpol, REZZ, and more to satiate and expand your current musical palate.
True to form, This Big Easy based festival in the heart of Voodoo country, USA will provide another world experience (The World of New Orleans). Other than music-based sites to check out, Voodoo Music Festival 2019 will host art installations galore, an interactive haunted house, and of course the local eateries of Nola–worth the trip alone.
Even if you have checked out Voodoo in the past, there are some new additions to your experience via ticket options. Fest-goers will have options like 3-Day General Admission, 3-Day GA+, 3-Day LOA VIP, and 3-Day Platinum Tickets
GA+ offers live stage feeds, A/C and shade, seating, and different booze you can buy in this private lounge. LOA offers a bit more with relaxed seating, premium restrooms, an elevated view of the Altar Stage, complimentary haircuts and massages, and more. Platinum will offer even more with complimentary beverages, golf cart transport, front view seating at all stages, and food and snacks throughout the day. Do not fear fellow fester goers! There are payment plans and a full list here. The usual cost scheme is in effect–the closer we get to the Festival, the higher the prices go. Tickets are already on sale as of June 6th, so get on it now by clicking the lineup below for more info and tickets. I cannot wait to snap pictures and swap stories with all of you attending Voodoo Fest 2019.
