Von Dutch Loves is taking center stage at one of Barcelona’s most iconic summer events—Brunch Electronik Festival—with a bold initiative that puts the spotlight on the next generation of underground talent. This August, 20 amateur DJs will get the rare opportunity to perform live at the festival, thanks to Von Dutch Loves’ new open-air stage concept.
Positioned at the heart of the festival grounds, the Von Dutch Loves stage is a 360-degree, two-tier platform designed for maximum visibility and impact. Over the past five weeks, an open call for DJs drew over 1,200 submissions from across the region. From that pool, 20 standout artists were selected for their originality, energy, and genre-spanning sounds—from Speed Garage and Hard Groove to Trance and Amapiano—with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and gender balance.
“The audience is the line-up,” shared the Brunch Electronik booking team. “With the stage at the center of the site, this partnership with Von Dutch Loves gives true visibility to the emerging artists who deserve it.”
Von Dutch Loves is the latest venture from Von Dutch, a music-led fashion label launched earlier this year with a mission to sit at the cultural crossroads of fashion, music, and community. The brand made its debut with a capsule collection in collaboration with global dance music icon Vintage Culture, who has been spotted wearing the pieces throughout Spain this summer—from the streets of Barcelona to the clubs of Ibiza. After a secret rooftop party in London with tastemaker promoters Blanche, Von Dutch Loves is now turning up the volume with its biggest project yet.
