ULTRA Worldwide has reached another historic milestone after DJ Mag unveiled its annual Top 100 Festivals rankings, recognizing seven ULTRA events in the 2026 edition. The achievement makes ULTRA the first festival organization ever to have events ranked across all six inhabited continents, further reinforcing its position as the world’s most international electronic music festival brand.
Leading the way is Ultra Music Festival Miami, which secured the No. 4 spot globally. Joining the flagship festival in the rankings are ULTRA Europe (#47), ULTRA Japan (#59), ULTRA Korea (#70), ULTRA Taiwan (#74), ULTRA Buenos Aires (#82), ULTRA Australia (#86), and ULTRA South Africa (#96).
The recognition follows another landmark edition of Ultra Music Festival Miami, which welcomed more than 165,000 attendees from over 100 countries to Bayfront Park from March 27-29, 2026. Extending its reach beyond the festival grounds, the event’s #ULTRALIVE livestream attracted an impressive 42.5 million viewers worldwide, once again showcasing Ultra’s unmatched global influence within electronic music.
Ultra Miami 2026 also delivered several unforgettable moments that reinforced its reputation as one of the premier festival experiences in the world. Among the weekend’s biggest highlights was a surprise appearance by Skrillex during BZRP’s headline performance, while Swedish House Mafia curated a unique “festival within a festival” takeover on the Main Stage. The special presentation featured a rare back-to-back performance from Eric Prydz, alongside appearances from Armand Van Helden, Boys Noize, Afrojack, and other surprise guests, creating one of the most talked-about moments of the festival season.
The flagship event will return to Bayfront Park for its 2027 edition from March 26-28, 2027, continuing a legacy that has helped define global dance music culture for more than two decades.
Beyond Miami, ULTRA Worldwide has maintained an ambitious international schedule throughout 2026. This year has already seen successful editions of ULTRA Buenos Aires, the inaugural ULTRA New Zealand in Wellington, ULTRA Australia in both Melbourne and the Gold Coast, ULTRA Peru in Lima, and ULTRA South Africa in both Cape Town and Johannesburg.
The global celebration continues this month as ULTRA Europe returns to Split, Croatia, from July 10-12. The festival will feature performances from Calvin Harris, making his ULTRA Europe debut, alongside Armin van Buuren, DJ Snake, Dom Dolla, FISHER, Hardwell, John Summit, Martin Garrix, Mau P, Sara Landry, Subtronics, and many more.
Later this year, ULTRA Japan returns to Tokyo Odaiba ULTRA Park on September 19-20, welcoming a lineup that includes Alesso, The Martinez Brothers, Peggy Gou, Sara Landry, Worship, ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U, and a highly anticipated Zedd B2B Knock2 performance.
ULTRA Worldwide will also celebrate the long-awaited return of ULTRA Mexico, which comes back after an eight-year hiatus on November 7-8 at Estadio Banorte Square in Mexico City. The event will make history as the first electronic music festival ever hosted at the venue.
Meanwhile, ULTRA Taiwan is set to return for its sixth edition on November 14 at Dajia Riverside Park in Taipei City, continuing the festival’s steady growth as one of Asia’s premier electronic music events.

With seven festivals recognized by DJ Mag across six continents, ULTRA Worldwide continues to set the benchmark for global festival expansion. As the brand’s international footprint grows and its events continue to attract world-class talent and fans from every corner of the globe, 2026 stands as another defining year in ULTRA’s remarkable worldwide legacy.
