Ultra Music Festival Unveils 25th Anniversary Aftermovie Into Hyperspace Ahead of #ULTRA26

This past March, Ultra Music Festival closed out its sold-out 25th anniversary edition at Bayfront Park with a legacy-defining weekend featuring electronic powerhouses like Skrillex, Martin Garrix, Carl Cox, Armin Van Buuren, Charlotte de Witte, Steve Aoki, and Alesso. The milestone event was packed with unforgettable moments, including the world debut of Anyma B2B Solomun, the Ultra debut of Everything Always (John Summit & Dom Dolla), and a historic surprise performance of “Titanium” by Afrojack, Sia, and David Guetta together for the first time.

Now, fans can relive the magic with the release of Ultra’s official 25th anniversary aftermovie, Into Hyperspace. Produced by UMF Films and FINAL KID FILMS, the cinematic journey redefines the festival recap format. Directed by Charly Friedrichs in collaboration with Spanish editor Victor Eguiguren (Vizitron) and VFX artist JP Caruana, the film presents a hybrid “Cinematic Hyperreel” — an immersive longform piece designed both as a single narrative and as high-impact standalone reels.

Opening with an ULTRAnaut piloting a spaceship into the Miami skyline, Into Hyperspace weaves archival footage with futuristic visuals before landing at the festival gates. What follows is an electrifying showcase of Ultra’s world-class stages — from the towering Main Stage to the cavernous RESISTANCE Megastructure, the pulsating RESISTANCE Cove, and beyond — intercut with dazzling performances from Subtronics, Miss Monique, Armin Van Buuren, Solomun, Hardwell, Tiesto, Gesaffelstein, Zedd, deadmau5 B2B Pendulum, and many more.

The soundtrack, mixed by Final Kid, doubles as the film’s heartbeat, blending genres, moods, and historic Ultra moments — including the iconic “Let me see you work!” drop from Joe Brunning’s legendary track, a signature anthem of Carl Cox at Ultra. This nod to history ties back to Final Kid’s groundbreaking 2011 film Can U Feel It, connecting Ultra’s past and future through music.

With Into Hyperspace, Ultra once again raises the bar for festival storytelling, offering fans a chance to relive the sights, sounds, and emotions of 25 years of dance music history.

In tandem with the film’s release, Ultra has opened the waitlist for its 26th edition, returning to Bayfront Park from Friday, March 27 – Sunday, March 29, 2026. Fans can join the waitlist now to secure their #ULTRA26 tickets while supplies last.
