Acclaimed electronic producers Ookay and Bailo officially launch their new trap project TRICKSTAR with the highly anticipated debut single “Left Right,” a collaborative release with rising producer Gladez, dropping May 1st through Steve Aoki’s influential Dim Mak Records.
Following explosive performances at Bangkok’s renowned High Water Music Festival and a show-stealing set at Tape B’s sold-out night at the Hollywood Palladium, TRICKSTAR is already igniting the global dance scene. Their momentum continues to build as they prepare to headline the iconic Cervantes in Denver this August, where fans can expect their signature boundary-pushing, bass-heavy trap sound that’s redefining the genre for a new generation.
The project marks an exciting union between two seasoned electronic artists. Ookay, known worldwide for his breakout 2016 hit “Thief” (with over 100 million streams), and Bailo, whose underground trap anthems “Kamikaze” and “Fucciboi” each crossed the million-stream mark, combine their creative forces under the TRICKSTAR banner. Together, they’re poised to reshape the trap landscape with high-energy, genre-blurring productions.
With “Left Right” leading the charge, TRICKSTAR’s debut sets the stage for a powerful new chapter in electronic music in 2025.
