“Everything I Do was a very spontaneous song,” Tobias explains. “I was listening to a lot of French 79 and Kid Francescoli at the time. I wanted to channel that French house vibe without replicating it. The chords are dreamy, and while it’s not mainstream, that’s exactly what I liked about it.”
Speaking about the song’s emotional depth, Tobias adds, “I brought in the idea of doing something for someone—standing up for someone. That concept immediately clicked with Theia, who I’d already worked with on two songs. She brought it to life perfectly. She has that rare quality in her voice that gives the track a truly special energy.”
