Known for explosive festival performances, his unmistakable trumpet sound, and an energetic stage presence, Timmy Trumpet is revealing a more vulnerable side of his artistry with his second studio album, REVELATIONS. The 15-track project explores heartbreak, self-discovery, and the difficult process of learning to love yourself again, drawing inspiration from the end of a relationship that lasted more than a decade.
“This is not the album anyone will expect from me. This is the album I needed to make for myself,” Timmy Trumpet explains.
While audiences around the world know Timmy for his larger-than-life performances, REVELATIONS offers a more intimate look at the person behind the spectacle. Rather than focusing solely on the high-energy sound that has defined much of his career, the album documents a personal turning point, transforming a painful chapter into an opportunity for reflection and growth.
A pivotal moment in the album’s creation came during a studio session with co-producer Mike Hawkins, whose production credits include major global hits for David Guetta. During an early-morning conversation, Timmy opened up about the emotional weight he had been carrying, asking himself, “Will I be alright? Am I ever going to get past this pain?”
The conversation became the foundation for “Will I Be Alright?” After discarding around 30 tracks, the pair wrote the song in just a few hours the following day. The result captures the uncertainty at the heart of the album, turning personal questions into music that reflects the struggle to move forward.
Another key track is “Dance Till I Die,” which Timmy Trumpet considers his personal favorite. The song serves as a declaration of his commitment to music, reinforcing his determination to keep creating and sharing his work with the world regardless of what life brings.
The album also features an extensive lineup of collaborators, including Winona Oak, Moa Lisa, John Martin, Bradeazy, Alle Farben, Frank Walker, and Jethro. One particularly notable contribution comes from Zedd, who stepped behind a live drum kit to record real drums for “Dancing On The Edge,” adding a live instrumental element to the project.
For Timmy, the album became much more than a collection of new songs. It provided a way to process his emotions and confront the changes in his life, helping him reconsider his identity, his future, and the expectations he once held for himself.
“This album saved me. It became my therapy,” he says. “The whole experience was a constant series of revelations.”

As he worked through the material, Timmy found himself confronting the reality that his future would look different from the one he had imagined when he committed to his former partner. Learning to stand on his own and accept that change became central to the album’s journey.
With REVELATIONS, Timmy Trumpet offers listeners a different kind of experience from the festival anthems and high-impact performances that made him a global name. The 15 tracks capture an artist navigating uncertainty, rebuilding his sense of self, and finding a way forward through music. It is a deeply personal chapter in his career, showing that even behind the biggest stages and boldest performances, there is room for vulnerability, healing, and a fresh start.
