EQ Properties just announced they have begun construction on a new project named Track Club. Being a long time resident of Phoenix, Arizona you see things come and go, but this time what is coming to the old Desoto Central Market in Phoenix has me excited. The mastermind of our local music scene, Thomas Turner from Relentless Beats is collaborating with Chuckie Duff to bring us a new fusion of culture and music to Downtown Phoenix.
Chuckie is known here for rehabbing and restoring old buildings rather than tearing them down which will lend to that old Phoenix vibe. The man behind curating cocktail programs for events such as our Mcdowell Mountain Music Festival and EDC Las Vegas known as Damon Scott along with his company Rattle & Rum will direct Track Club’s bar designs, develop the cocktail program and oversee bar operations.

Track Club will reimagine the existing space into 12,000sq. ft. lounge and nightclub for its first phase scheduled to open in Fall 2019. The following months after will begin phase 2 of the development, including a fresh new restaurant concept and a remodeled patio with a Day Club atmosphere. Alexander Building Company is building the project that was designed CCBG Architects.
Relentless Beats has put together amazing shows in the Phoenix downtown area for over 10 years at different venues and now there will be a dedicated venue for Thomas Turner to bring in the phenomenal EDM talent he has access to 3-4 nights a week. Having a club like this in Phoenix is just what we needed.
