Bay Area-born electronic powerhouse SVDDEN DEATH is set to return to the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre this fall for the third edition of his acclaimed Valley of Darkness series. Taking place across two nights on Thursday, November 13 and Friday, November 14, Valley of Darkness III stands as one of the most anticipated bass music events of the year, uniting theatrical storytelling, bone-rattling dubstep, and an all-star lineup of collaborators and peers.
Night one will showcase SVDDEN DEATH’s sinister alter ego, VOYD, alongside Alice Glass, Witching Hour (the joint project of Vampa and Jeanie), MYTHM, and Executioner. Known for its dark, immersive visuals and narrative-driven performances, VOYD has become a defining force in experimental bass culture, merging horror-inspired aesthetics with crushing low-end intensity.
Night two will feature SVDDEN DEATH performing under his main alias, joined by a special guest set from Zomboy, as well as Prosecute b2b Nimda, Bejalvin, and STVG. Fans can expect an unrestrained display of tearout dubstep and ferocious stage energy, hallmarks of SVDDEN DEATH’s commanding live presence.
The two-night run follows the release of VOYD 2.5, a three-part expansion of his celebrated VOYD 2 album, which includes new originals and heavyweight remixes from leading figures across the bass scene. From his collaborations like MELLODEATH (with Marshmello) to landmark performances such as Summoning of the Eclipse, SVDDEN DEATH continues to redefine modern electronic music with his cinematic vision and genre-defying production.
