Electronic music innovator Subtronics unveils the next phase of his creative evolution with the full release of his ambitious two-part album, FIBONACCI. First announced during his explosive Ultra Music Festival mainstage performance in March 2025, Part 1 quickly went viral, earning widespread critical acclaim for its visionary approach. Now, with the announcement of Part 2, Subtronics confirms the full FIBONACCI album will arrive December 5, 2025, via his own imprint, Cyclops Recordings.
Inspired by the mathematical phenomenon that appears throughout nature, FIBONACCI takes its conceptual foundation from the famed sequence—where each number is the sum of the two preceding ones. This intricate symmetry serves as a metaphor for the way Subtronics builds sonic worlds: layer by layer, emotion by emotion, evolving in complexity and depth. The result is his most musically and emotionally expansive project yet, combining high-impact bass design with ethereal melodies and introspective songwriting.
“My album ‘FIBONACCI’ is representative of everything in life, an all-encompassing code to the world, which is what the Fibonacci sequence actually is in science and nature,” shares Subtronics. “When I write music, it takes me on journeys through emotions and different worlds I’m trying to build, with my own code and sound. The album is my personal journal from the past two years—a range of emotions and experiences, a range of worlds and realities in song form. A lot of the tracks are very different from anything I’ve released before, and I’m excited to showcase 15 years of progress with it.”
Coinciding with the album’s release, Subtronics will perform six consecutive sold-out nights at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles from December 2–7, 2025, marking a historic milestone for both the artist and the venue. Before then, he will headline the state-of-the-art Sphere in Las Vegas on October 18, and in April 2026, he will make his long-awaited debut at Coachella.
