Shabang, the Central Coast’s premier celebration of music, art, and camping culture, is set to return on May 2nd and 3rd, 2025, promising its most electrifying weekend yet in San Luis Obispo. With a multi-genre lineup headlined by Jungle, Wallows, Goth Babe, Briston Maroney, Kream, and many more, this 11th edition is shaping up to be a must-attend for indie, electronic, and alternative music fans alike.
Following the festival’s daytime revelry, Shabang has unveiled the details of its official 21+ afterparty, taking place on-site at the Dairy Creek Clubhouse with doors opening at 10 PM. Australian house heavyweight Odd Mob and a special guest are slated to keep the vibes going well into the night, sending off Shabang 2025 in style under the stars of the Central Coast.
Shabang has also doubled down on its beloved camping experience, which was introduced in 2024 to massive success. In 2025, festival-goers will have access to an expanded slate of Camping Activities, including a Kandi Lab, speed-dating, trivia, yoga sessions, festival pre-parties, the infamous Shabang Olympics, and more.
Enhancing the immersive atmosphere, Shabang’s unique University Lineup returns to offer interactive workshops and events that go far beyond music. Attendees can engage in sessions like Energy Alchemy & Sound Therapy, Empower Kickboxing, Freestyle Freedom, For the Love of Juggling, a cacao ceremony, multiple yoga offerings, and even The Sacred Art of Ass-Shaking—all of which aim to elevate body, mind, and spirit across the weekend.
What began as a 20-person, DIY college party has now blossomed into a full-fledged, nationally recognized experience drawing over 10,000 attendees in 2024 alone. Now entering its 11th year, Shabang continues to elevate its offerings while staying true to its creative roots and community-first ethos.

- Friday, May 2 from 3 PM to 11 PM
- Saturday, May 3 from 2 PM to 11 PM
Set times will be revealed on April 21 via the official Shabang app. The event is 18+, with GA passes starting at $239, VIP passes at $379, and tent camping packages starting at $165 per person.
