Sacred Acre, Alaska’s premier electronic music and arts festival, returns September 5–7, 2025, transforming the coastal town of Ninilchik into a vibrant gathering of sound, soul, and sustainability. Now entering its fourth year, the festival continues to evolve as both a celebration of electronic music and a rallying cry to protect one of the planet’s most critical marine ecosystems — the Bering Sea.
Against the backdrop of Alaska’s rugged beauty, Sacred Acre merges world-class music with immersive storytelling and environmental activism. Beyond the booming bass and mind-melting visuals lies a deeper mission: raising awareness and sparking action against factory trawling and its destructive bycatch practices, which threaten the delicate balance of marine life in Alaska’s waters.
This year’s lineup is a sonic odyssey in itself. Headliners include UK-born genre-hopper TroyBoi, bringing his signature fusion of trap, bass, and global textures, and bass music wizard Jade Cicada, fresh off the release of a new EP and national tour. Joining them are transformational sound pioneers Desert Dwellers, dubstep innovator Dirt Monkey, and chilltronica legend Emancipator.
Sacred Acre also celebrates hybrid artistry with performances from genre-bending acts like The Funk Hunters, Lazy Syrup Orchestra, G-Space, Phyphr, and McWavy. Rising stars like Meduso B2B MLOTIK and Mantra Sounds round out a lineup designed to showcase innovation, community, and pure musical passion — with a strong presence of regional Alaskan talent in the mix.
But Sacred Acre isn’t just about who’s on stage — it’s about how the experience moves you. The festival’s immersive programming includes:
- Family Super Jam and whimsical performances from the SeaLegs Stilt Troupe
- The Stillwater wellness sanctuary offering yoga, breathwork, sound baths, cacao ceremonies, and ecstatic dance
- Psychedelic Education sessions designed to broaden consciousness and spark introspection
- Dazzling visuals from top-tier digital artists including Actualize, Jogenerative, Glass Crane, and Tekton
For those seeking even more adventure, Sacred Acre delivers one-of-a-kind excursions through its Everlight Clearing Elevated Experience, offering white-glove planning for VIP guests, or curated off-site adventures like:
- Bumpin’ on the Bay – a floating DJ party on Kachemak Bay
- Helicopter tours departing from festival grounds
- Halibut spearfishing and wild plant foraging with expert guides
Festival director Chris Miller shared:
“With almost half of our attendees traveling in from outside Alaska, we’re proud to offer something truly unique — a blend of spectacular music, immersive art, and planet-focused engagement. We want people to leave inspired, both by the experience and by the purpose behind it.”
Whether you’re drawn to the thundering beats, the conscious community, or the untouched Alaskan wilderness, Sacred Acre offers an unforgettable journey for the heart, body, and mind. Tickets are available now, with options ranging from general admission to elevated VIP-style adventures.
