RÜFÜS DU SOL have released an official remix of their latest single “Lately,” reimagined by Israeli producers Adam Ten and Mita Gami via Rose Avenue/Warner Records. Listen to the remix [HERE].
First previewed during RÜFÜS DU SOL’s pop-up DJ set at The Cause in London, this remix offers a fresh take on the original track with upbeat, playful percussion, euphoric builds, and rhythmic breaks. Adam Ten and Mita Gami blend deep house and melodic techno to create a club-ready version of “Lately.”
Their remix joins an elite roster of official remixers in the RÜFÜS universe, including Solomun, Adriatique, Anyma, Adam Port, Carlita, and Maxi Meraki, who was recently featured on “Music is Better Remixed.” Earlier this year, Adam Ten and Mita Gami opened for RÜFÜS DU SOL at Coachella’s new Quasar Stage and performed at the Yuma Tent.
“Lately” follows RÜFÜS DU SOL’s single “Music is Better,” which came after their Grammy-nominated album Surrender. The single was accompanied by a black-and-white music video directed by Alex George, continuing the band’s rich visual storytelling.
Since the release of Surrender, RÜFÜS DU SOL won a Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Recording in 2022 for “Alive,” received multiple nominations in the following year, and earned their fifth ARIA Award in Australia. The band has toured globally, playing major festivals and iconic venues like Forest Hills Stadium, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and Hollywood Bowl. They also launched the boutique Sundream Festival, which had its second edition in San José del Cabo in 2023.
The official remix of “Lately” by Adam Ten and Mita Gami arrives just before RÜFÜS DU SOL’s only live show this year, headlining the Portola Festival in San Francisco on September 28.
