Originally released in October 2024, Inhale / Exhale marked a powerful evolution in RÜFÜS DU SOL’s artistry—layering emotional vulnerability with expanded sonic depth. The album debuted on the Billboard 200, earned the group their first #1 on U.S. Dance Radio with the euphoric “Music Is Better,” and garnered critical acclaim for its introspective themes and sophisticated production. Now, with the ongoing success of their Inhale / Exhale World Tour—the best-selling solo electronic tour in history—the band continues to defy expectations and shape the genre on a global scale.
Inhale / Exhale Remixed Vol. 2 expands upon last year’s 15-track remix companion, adding 21 new interpretations by some of electronic music’s most forward-thinking talents. From sunrise soundscapes to peak-time weapons, the new compilation brings together a diverse roster of global innovators, handpicked by RÜFÜS DU SOL themselves.
The remixers featured on Vol. 2 include Brazilian powerhouse Vintage Culture, Swiss experimentalist Jimi Jules, Berlin-based live trio GHEIST, Dutch electronica duo WEVAL, rising star LP Giobbi, melodic techno producer Tim Engelhardt, and acclaimed artists like Deer Jade, Betical, Sean Doron, Samm, Chambord, Rafael, CS, and Eagles & Butterflies. Several contributors also hail from the Rose Avenue roster, including Colyn, Dorian Craft, and Kimonos. Notably, Adam Ten and Mita Gami’s acclaimed remix of “Lately” also joins the collection after its standalone release in 2024.

The band continues their world-spanning tour this month with sold-out shows across Europe, including stops in Barcelona, Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris, London, and Rome. The North American leg will close with a historic show at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Los Angeles, where over 50,000 fans will gather to celebrate the band’s monumental rise.
