Red Axes step into one of electronic music’s most respected mix platforms with their debut entry into the fabric presents series, released via fabric Records.
Out now, fabric presents Red Axes features 16 tracks that weave together new material, exclusive edits, and carefully selected cuts from across the electronic spectrum. Alongside the mix, the duo unveils a brand-new single, “Time To Take It”—a slow-burning, psychedelic club record that captures their signature blend of hypnotic grooves and off-kilter energy.
For over 25 years, the fabric presents series has remained a cornerstone of global electronic culture, known for its forward-thinking curation and artist-driven storytelling. Previous contributors include The Martinez Brothers, Andrew Weatherall, Surgeon, The Streets, and Confidence Man, among others. With Red Axes now joining the roster, their mix leans into long-form, immersive storytelling—perfectly aligned with the series’ ethos.
The duo is also set to bring their sound to the dancefloor at fabric in London on March 21, co-headlining alongside DJ Tennis, who helmed the previous installment in the series.
