Trance pioneer Paul van Dyk has today announced a brand new album, Symbols, dropping later this year in the autumn months. Symbols will be PvD’s ninth studio album, following up last year’s From Then On.
Paul van Dyk will celebrate the new album with an album launch event at Printworks in London on October 12th. Printworks is one of the top venues to have emerged in Europe over the past few years, and van Dyk will have the honor of being the first trance artist to headline the venue.
“Shows like these are testament to the musicality and the popularity of trance. I am proud to continue to open up new spaces and people to our music, and doing so in a beautiful venue like Printworks is a dream come true. I’ve always felt that the UK has one of the most attuned audiences in regards to trance and I’m tremendously grateful for all the support I’ve received from the London crowd over the years. Printworks seems to be the ideal venue to debut the album in a live setting. It will be a very special show.” – says Paul van Dyk of the upcoming show at Printworks.
