Multi-hyphenate artist MIN-t is set to unveil her new self-released single “Hope” on March 27, 2026, marking the first glimpse into her forthcoming album Before The After, due out May 8, 2026. The release signals a powerful new chapter for the Berlin-based artist, who continues to carve out a distinct lane within the global electronic and alternative pop landscape.

Since relocating from Poland to Berlin in 2015, MIN-t has built an impressive live reputation, supporting internationally recognized acts such as HVOB, Angel Haze, Jess Glynne, and Vitalic. With over 300 performances across Europe—including appearances at Reeperbahn Festival, Off Festival, Orange Warsaw Festival, Open’er Festival, and Y Not Festival—she has steadily grown into a commanding presence on stage. Most recently, she toured across Europe alongside Saya Noé and OIEE, performing in cities like Budapest, Prague, Berlin, Warsaw, Wrocław, and Bochum.

Behind the MIN-t moniker is Martyna Kubicz, a singer, songwriter, composer, producer, and mix engineer whose foundation is rooted in both technical precision and artistic exploration. A graduate of the Berklee College of Music campus in Valencia, she earned a scholarship and made history as the first Polish woman to be mentored by acclaimed engineer Susan Rogers, known for her work with Prince. Her 2021 album Shot To Pieces was co-produced by Leo Abrahams, whose credits include Adele, Jon Hopkins, Brian Eno, and Regina Spektor.

MIN-t’s musical journey began early, studying classical piano from the age of seven and training for over a decade at a music school in Wrocław. Her background in musical theatre and ballet further shaped her creative instincts, while later explorations into jazz, electronic, pop, and soul led her to begin writing music at 16. By 18, she had fully immersed herself in production using Ableton, solidifying her path as a self-sufficient artist. Today, she describes her sound as genreless—a fusion of electronic, pop, and R&B influenced by artists like Aphex Twin, Autechre, Charli XCX, D’Angelo, FKA twigs, and Aretha Franklin.

“Hope” stands as a bold and emotionally charged statement, blending a ferocious breakbeat with glitch-driven synth textures and a commanding bassline. Entirely produced and mixed by MIN-t, with mastering by Conor Dalton and songwriting contributions from her sister Patrycja Kubicz, the track showcases both her expansive vocal range and her striking ability to move between singing and evocative rap delivery.

At its core, “Hope” challenges surface-level optimism, instead presenting resilience as something earned through struggle. “The song ‘Hope’ is not a simple story about believing that everything will be okay,” MIN-t explains. “True hope is an effort… it awakens anger—and that anger drives us to act.”

With Before The After on the horizon, MIN-t is poised to deliver a deeply personal and sonically adventurous project—one that reflects both her technical mastery and her fearless approach to storytelling.
