Rising underground producer and DJ Klaudie has announced the launch of her independent imprint We R The Problem (WRTP) — a daring new label dedicated to amplifying raw minimal house, emotional authenticity, and the culture of the dancefloor misfits who move with intent. The label’s debut single, “Sex on the Dancefloor,” is out now, with an official launch party taking place at Gospel in New York City on November 15.
Rooted in minimal house but designed to hit with emotional force, We R The Problem is more than a label — it’s a statement. Drawing from Klaudie’s background in classical music, fashion, and warehouse culture, WRTP was built as a creative refuge for those who thrive outside the algorithmic mainstream.
“I created this label for people like me,” Klaudie explains. “People who feel intensely, move quickly, and don’t fit into neat categories. We R The Problem is for the emotional, the confrontational, those who love passionately and dance even harder. It’s music with an edge — both sonically and spiritually.”
The first release, “Sex on the Dancefloor,” is a sleek, hypnotic late-night burner that captures the tension and tactile heat of connection. Driven by minimalist grooves and seductive vocal repetition, it transforms desire into rhythm and motion into melody — a sonic embodiment of the body’s dialogue under strobe lights.
Aesthetically, the label embraces duality: sleek black colliding with raw red, brutalist design softened by vulnerability. Inspired by post-rave intimacy, analog imperfections, and high-concept nightlife, WRTP merges underground club ethos with high-fashion elegance, establishing a bold and instantly recognizable identity.
Klaudie’s rise through 2025 has been unstoppable. Her recent DISTRIKT Sound EP — featuring the collaboration “Make This Place” with m.O.N.R.O.E. and the B-side “Don’t Stop” — revealed a darker, grittier edge to her production style. Her debut on Stride Records, “Serenade for Strings,” showcased her classical finesse and cinematic restraint, while WRTP marks her transition into pure, sweat-soaked club energy.
Following two standout performances at Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) — including a moving-train takeover with PIV and a set on the PIV x Factory 93 lineup alongside Vitess, Fabe, and m.O.N.R.O.E. — Klaudie has firmly established her presence on the international underground circuit. She’ll continue that momentum with her debut at Space Miami’s Terrace on December 19.
