Following his 2023 dual album releases, Rise of the Wise and Wrath of the Wicked, chart-topping DJ and producer Jauz drops two reimagined tracks from Wrath of the Wicked with the official Wrath of the Wicked Remixes today, April 12th, via his label Bite This!. This latest installment features remixes by Jkyl & Hyde and EDDIE, continuing the momentum after the Rise of the Wise – Remixes.
The remix package includes:
- ‘Save U Now (Jkyl & Hyde Remix)’: Jkyl & Hyde elevate the album closer with a dramatic piano intro and a gripping breakdown leading into trap-style beats and a deep, melodic dub drop. Known for their bass music releases on labels like Disciple, Never Say Die, and Subsidia, rising stars Luke Enderle and Duke Specht (Jkyl & Hyde) bring a fresh intensity to the track.
- ‘Mind Control (EDDIE Remix)’: Australian producer EDDIE transforms this dubstep banger with his signature grimy bass treatment, retaining the original’s energy while adding new layers of intensity. EDDIE’s previous releases on mau5trap and collaborations with ATLiens and REZZ highlight his dynamic contributions to the electronic music scene.
Jauz, born Sam Vogel from the Bay Area, has been a prominent figure in dance music since his debut in 2014. Known for his dynamic sets and genre-blending tracks, Jauz’s rise from fan to main stage performer is marked by hits like ‘Feel the Volume’ and his successful label Bite This!. His debut album, The Wise & The Wicked, set records and garnered millions of streams, establishing him as a major force in electronic music.
