Jauz, the trailblazing electronic music producer from the Bay Area, has joined forces with SoundCloud, the artist-centric global platform, to roll out an exciting remix competition for his latest single, “Higher For Your Love.” This track marks the fourth original release since the relaunch of Bite This!, and it’s packed with soul-stirring progressive vibes, seamlessly blending rich melodies with pulsating, breakbeat-inspired percussion. Now, up-and-coming producers and DJs have a rare chance to showcase their skills and potentially release their remix on Jauz’s label, Bite This!.
Starting August 22, 2024, contestants can access the official stems of “Higher For Your Love” on FADR, where they can create their remixes using FADR or any preferred digital audio workstation. To enter, participants must upload their remix to SoundCloud with the hashtag #hfylremix and tag @jauzofficial.
This global competition is open to all producers who hold a valid SoundCloud account as of the entry date. Multiple entries are permitted as long as each remix is unique. All submissions must be uploaded by September 10, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET.
The grand prize? The winning remix will be officially released on Jauz’s Bite This!—a dream opportunity for any producer looking to make waves in the electronic music scene. A panel of industry professionals, including Jauz, will review all eligible entries to select the winner, who will be notified via SoundCloud DM.
