IDEMI Make Insomniac Records Debut With Hypnotic Club Cut ‘Reflections’

Rising out of London’s underground, IDEMI step into sharper focus with “Reflections,” a hypnotic, after-hours weapon that marks their debut on Insomniac Records. Already tested across global dancefloors, the track distills raw ’90s house energy into a sleek, modern framework—balancing nostalgic textures with a precise, minimal edge.

Built for deep-room immersion, “Reflections” leans into warm analog tones, woozy synth layers, and tightly wound percussion. Circular chord progressions subtly reference progressive rave lineage, while its stripped-back, vocal-free structure amplifies a sense of tension and control. The result is a slow-burning, peak-time tool that thrives on restraint as much as release—designed to unfold gradually rather than overwhelm.

“Reflections is IDEMI’s second release of 2026, with the track born in a hotel room one night after a set, sitting together in a moment of reflection,” the duo explains. “Being brothers, we’ve been making music together for the love of it since we were 14, and we feel really lucky to be able to create and play shows around the world together. ‘Reflections’ captures all these feelings, and we made it for the community that made it all possible.”

The release arrives amid a breakout period for the London-based twin brothers, Rhett and Conran Lee, who have quickly carved out a lane within the global house circuit. Channeling the spirit of ’90s club culture into streamlined, euphoric productions, IDEMI have built early momentum through a debut EP on HOTTRAX, the imprint led by Jamie Jones, as well as their widely supported single “Someday” via Method 808 and a rework of Lustral’s “Everytime.”

Support from key selectors including Chris Stussy, Kettama, Salute, Obskür, Riordan, and Chloé Caillet has further cemented their rise, positioning the duo among a new wave of artists reshaping underground house with a focus on groove, subtlety, and dancefloor functionality.

With “Reflections,” IDEMI deliver a statement that feels both understated and intentional—an entry point into a growing catalog built not on excess, but on control, atmosphere, and a deep understanding of the club.
