German duo Hidden Empire, the collaborative project of Branko and Niklas, arrive on Interstellar Recordings with their striking new ‘Turn It Up’ EP. Known for blending hypnotic techno, driving house, and cinematic textures, the duo have built a distinctive sound across releases on Stil vor Talent, Cercle, and Truesoul, bridging underground credibility with broader appeal since their 2015 debut.
Speaking on the lead track, Hidden Empire shares:

The title track “Turn It Up” delivers a bold main room experience, with searing synths, frazzled pads, and edgy vocal stabs driving a chunky, high-energy groove. The follow-up “You Are Mad” continues the duo’s forward-thinking approach, combining firing synths, progressive drums, and intricate FX into a future-facing, electric techno journey.
