Internationally acclaimed DJ and producer Hannah Wants has announced her next string of dates in North America, with an extensive 14-date tour.
The tour will see Hannah go from coast-to-coast, kicking things off in Washington, DC and then heading to New York to play at the city’s top club venue, Webster Hall. Moving upwards to Canada, Hannah will have dates in Montreal and Calgary before playing in Chicago. The tour will then move across Denver, Portland, Seattle and San Francisco, with a performance at the world famous Coachella festival to top it all off.
This tour follows on from the success of her new brand PLAY – a dark, raw underground rave with lineups hand picked by Hannah.
Known for the sell out successes of her previous gigs, this North American run of dates will be a popular addition to Hannah’s busy touring schedule.
About Hannah Wants
A child of the garage generation, Hannah Wants’ journey has seen her rising from a regular on Birmingham’s warehouse scene in to a world renowned DJ with some serious credentials.
Hannah gained solid support in the industry through her unique, energy-filled sets, journey-like mixtapes and successful forays into production. The global success of “Rhymes” saw Hannah shoot to the top of the electronic music scene, and in 2014 she was crowned both DJ Mag and Mixmag’s ‘Best Breakthrough DJ’ as well as Mixmag’s ‘Star of the Year.’ Remaining faithful to her core fan base, Hannah has kept up her bi-monthly mixtapes – and in 2015 Hannah was given the opportunity to build on this with an Essential Mix for Radio One, as well as a contribution to the Residency series. Amidst a non-stop touring schedule, 2015 also saw the beginning of Hannah’s own headline series of events, ‘What Hannah Wants’ – the party was a sell-out success, filling world famous clubs and festival stages including Ibiza Rocks, Amnesia, Lovebox and The Warehouse Project. With her DJing and parties in high demand, 2016 also saw Hannah cement her status as a skilled producer, releasing solo singles “Just,” “Hidden Love” and the hotly anticipated collaboration with Katy B “Honey.”
For 2017 Hannah has a new concept lined up for her fans – PLAY. This tour series will incorporate her passion for dark and raw raves, electrifying production and an elite selection of DJ talent.
