Ibiza is set to welcome a bold new chapter in hard techno this summer as GALACTICA launches its first official island residency at Eden Ibiza in San Antonio. Running from May through September, the residency, created in collaboration with Cocoricò, will offer a distinct and uncompromising vision for high-intensity underground techno on the White Isle.
Bringing its signature cosmic identity, community-driven ethos, and sharply defined sonic approach, GALACTICA will place sound at the core of the Eden experience. The residency will showcase hypnotic, hard-hitting techno that draws from the contemporary European underground, providing a dedicated space for audiences seeking an extreme and authentic clubbing experience.
Originally conceived as Italy’s first traveling hard techno festival in partnership with Cocoricò, GALACTICA has rapidly become one of the most recognizable brands in the scene. It bridges established international names with emerging talent, and its cosmic-themed concept has expanded into a cultural platform and label, with previous editions hosted at iconic venues including Nexus Paris, E1 London, and Fabrik Madrid.
The Eden residency will fill a notable gap on Ibiza, creating a home for audiences drawn to a more extreme, underground sonic experience while solidifying GALACTICA as a major player in the island’s hard techno landscape.
Eden Ibiza, located in the heart of San Antonio Bay, has been a cornerstone of the island’s nightlife since opening in 1999 and was renovated in 2013. Known for its inclusive ethos and forward-thinking programming, the club boasts the renowned Incubus Gold by Void sound system, widely regarded as one of Ibiza’s finest. The multi-room venue is designed for immersive dancefloor experiences and has hosted influential artists ranging from Pete Tong and Judge Jules to Disclosure, seamlessly blending heritage credibility with future-facing energy.
