Emanuel Satie, Maga, and Tim Engelhardt have joined forces for their latest collaboration, “Lifted,” released via Factory 93 Records. Featuring the soulful vocals of Stee Downes, the new single blends timeless house music influences with modern melodic production, showcasing four accomplished artists at the peak of their creative powers.
Driven by Downes’ warm, jazz-inspired vocal performance, “Lifted” embraces the uplifting spirit of classic house while incorporating contemporary textures. The track unfolds through radiant Rhodes piano melodies, swinging disco strings, funky basslines, and crisp percussion, creating a groove that feels equally suited for intimate dancefloors and festival stages.
The collaboration brings together three of Europe’s most respected electronic producers. Emanuel Satie, originally from Frankfurt and now based in Lisbon, has built a reputation for crafting sophisticated house and techno productions defined by infectious rhythms and melodic depth. His genre-spanning approach has made him one of the underground scene’s most consistent innovators.
Joining him is fellow Lisbon resident Maga, whose musical journey began in Cape Town, where he owned a nightclub at just 22 years old. Spending countless late nights refining his production skills after closing the venue, he developed a distinctive sound rooted in deep, melodic, progressive, and organic house, with a particular passion for analog equipment.
Completing the production trio is Tim Engelhardt, the Cologne-based German producer known for emotionally rich, meticulously detailed compositions that seamlessly bridge club functionality with cinematic artistry. His forward-thinking productions have established him as one of electronic music’s most respected melodic talents.
On vocal duties, Dublin artist Stee Downes adds another memorable performance to his catalog, delivering smooth, expressive vocals that perfectly complement the record’s warm instrumentation and feel-good atmosphere.
“Lifted” also reunites Emanuel Satie and Maga following the success of their 2025 collaboration “Knockout,” which has amassed more than 950,000 streams while earning radio support from BBC Radio 1, Radio FG, Kiss FM Australia, SLAM!, and 5FM.
Beyond their individual careers, Emanuel Satie, Maga, and Tim Engelhardt, alongside Sean Doron, are the driving forces behind the rapidly growing SCENARIOS artist collective. The collective has become known for immersive events and showcases at globally recognized destinations including Burning Man, Superior Ingredients, Amnesia Ibiza, Los Angeles, and Café del Mar Phuket, with another showcase scheduled at Lula Club.
