Techno heavyweight Eli Brown joins forces with drum & bass standout Dimension on “Frequency,” the fourth single from Brown’s highly anticipated debut album, Panic Attack, arriving November 13, 2026, via Insomniac Records. Blending the artists’ shared roots in drum & bass with the driving intensity of modern techno, the collaboration delivers a high-voltage meeting of two distinct sounds.

Built around vocal hooks, acid-flecked techno production, and a cinematic melodic bridge, “Frequency” takes an unexpected turn in its second half, shifting into a pulse-raising drum & bass section. The arrangement reflects the musical histories of both producers, bringing their influences together in a track that moves between genres without losing its forward momentum.

For Eli Brown, the collaboration carries particular significance. The Bristol-born artist developed his sound through the city’s underground warehouse and breakbeat scenes, where rave tapes and late nights on the dancefloor helped shape his early musical identity. Before establishing himself as one of techno’s defining modern acts, Brown built his reputation in drum & bass as one half of Loadstar and through his work as Xample.

That foundation continues to inform his approach to production. Over the past two decades, Brown has developed a distinctive techno sound that channels the rebellious spirit of Bristol‘s underground culture while pushing into increasingly intense territory. “Frequency” revisits those early influences while connecting them to the sound that has defined his career today.

For Dimension, the release brings another opportunity to showcase his genre-crossing approach to electronic music. Born in London, the Spanish-British producer has become a prominent name in drum & bass, building a catalog that combines the genre’s high-energy foundations with broad crossover appeal.

Despite their established careers, “Frequency” marks the first time the longtime friends have worked together in the studio. Brown says their shared history and mutual appreciation made the collaboration especially meaningful.

“Rob (Dimension) and I have been mates for ages, more than 10 years by now. I’ve always loved his stuff and would consider myself one of his earliest supporters. Back when I was still playing drum n bass, I played his tunes all the time in my sets, and vice versa. We’ve actually never been in the studio together, so working on Frequency and releasing it on my debut album is super special. I absolutely love the track and think it brings the worlds of techno and drum n bass together perfectly,” Eli Brown explains.

The single also offers another glimpse into Panic Attack, an album shaped by Brown’s evolution from underground beginnings to performances on some of the world’s most prestigious stages. Conceived as an escape from an increasingly noisy world, the project aims to recapture the uninhibited energy of rave culture while expanding the boundaries of his sound.

“Frequency” follows the album’s previously released singles “Electrify,” “It’s Like That,” and “Damaged,” building anticipation for the November 13 release through Insomniac Records.

Brown is also preparing to take the album on the road with his Panic Attack Album World Tour, which includes dates at Factory Town, Concourse Project, and Electric Brixton. One of the tour’s biggest moments will come at City Market Los Angeles, where the venue will be transformed into a warehouse-inspired rave for more than 10,000 fans.

Meanwhile, Dimension is preparing for the North American WORSHIP tour alongside fellow collective members Sub Focus, Culture Shock, and 1991. The arena-scale run includes stops at Kia Forum, Brooklyn Storehouse, PNE Forum, CoBank, and Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. He is also scheduled to headline Factory Town Miami on the day “Frequency” arrives.

With “Frequency,” Eli Brown and Dimension connect two sides of their musical histories in a collaboration that feels both personal and built for the dancefloor. As anticipation grows for Panic Attack, the single reinforces Brown’s willingness to draw from different corners of electronic music while continuing to push his techno sound forward.
