Electric Forest has unveiled the first wave of its 2026 lineup, announcing a massive roster of 100 artists ahead of the festival’s return to Rothbury, Michigan from June 25–28. Long celebrated for its immersive world-building and strong community culture, the festival continues to push the boundaries of what a music gathering can be—where art, nature, and human connection merge into a singular, transformative experience. This year’s lineup captures that spirit of exploration, highlighting a forward-thinking blend of electronic, indie, jam, and global sounds.
Headliners include dance powerhouse ILLENIUM, bass titan Excision, and trailblazing electronic producer KASKADE. Fans will also receive two performances from beloved multi-instrumentalist GRiZ, including a Chasing The Golden Hour set, alongside a high-energy appearance from house leader Chris Lake. Jam band legends The String Cheese Incident return as well, promising multiple incidents—plus a special Shebongle Shebang set.
The festival also debuts a first-of-its-kind DJ Diesel B2B T-Pain (Bass DJ Set), accompanied by performances from techno force Eli Brown, feel-good hitmaker Disco Lines, and the groove-ready Purple Disco Machine. Additional standout acts include ISOxo, Ganja White Night, LSDream, Madeon, Levity, ALLEYCVT, Sammy Virji, Channel Tres, Bob Moses (Club Set), and Passion Pit.

Across the electronic spectrum, Electric Forest offers a dynamic array of styles—from the electro-soul and hip-hop blend of Daily Bread, to the funk-rooted bass of Vincent Antone, to drum & bass staples Andy C and Ivy Lab. The lineup expands even further with rock-infused bass from Sullivan King, melodic DnB from Wilkinson, and cutting-edge talents like Nitepunk, Ravenscoon, Mary Droppinz, and Wooli. House fans will find familiar favorites in Odd Mob, Devault, and SIDEPIECE, while MPH and Oppidan bring a dose of UKG. Additional sets from Whethan, Starjunk 95, Tourist, Swimming Paul, Heyz, and Jackie Hollander round out the mix.
Beyond electronic music, Electric Forest continues to highlight genre-pushing performers. Visionary guitarist Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country blends psychedelic textures with Americana roots, while hyperpop disruptors Frost Children and Underscores bring high-voltage digital energy. Soulful innovators INIKO and INJI add powerful vocal depth, joined by alt-rap trailblazer Jean Dawson, dreamy electro-pop groups Łaszewo and Midnight Generation, and creatively driven producers Sam Gellaitry and SBTRKT (DJ Set). Rising names like Couch, Bipolar Sunshine, and indie trio Night Tapes appear alongside returning Forest favorite Dixon’s Violin.
The lead-up to the lineup reveal has become its own tradition within the Forest community. What began as cryptic hints across social platforms evolved into a full-scale puzzle—complete with poetic clues, riddles, and interactive fragments that gradually unveiled pieces of the 2026 experience. The reveal culminated through a special broadcast on EF Radio, weaving together music from the artists on the bill and turning the moment into a collective celebration for the Forest Family.
