British producer DXNBY makes his Factory 93 Records debut with a sleek two-track EP, “Generate,” set for release on November 14th. The record showcases his signature fusion of UK garage and house, delivering a club-ready offering that balances rhythm, texture, and tension with precision.
The title track, “Generate,” immerses listeners in DXNBY’s garage-infused minimalism. Elastic basslines and shuffling percussion anchor the hypnotic rhythm, while warbling synths and lush, swelling pads add depth and nuance. Its subtle melodic flourishes allow the track to effortlessly traverse the moody intimacy of East London basements and the open-air energy of Ibiza terraces.
The B-side, “Dance Till Dawn,” takes a darker turn, built around punchy percussion and hollowed-out leads. Sawtooth synths trade off with gravelly vocal refrains, creating a visceral energy that drives the track forward with relentless club-ready intensity.
“The ‘Generate’ EP came out of pure impulse,” DXNBY shares. “No plan, no big concept—just long nights, broken sounds, and a need to keep creating. It’s rough, it’s real, and it’s exactly where I’m at right now.”
Born in Doncaster and now operating out of Leeds, DXNBY has spent the past five years refining a sound that blends 2-step, deep tech, speed garage, and house. His dynamic productions have earned support from peers like Michael Bibi, Max Dean, Jamie Jones, East End Dubs, Alisha, Cuartero, Sidney Charles, and Archie Hamilton. He has also made waves on the club circuit, playing renowned venues such as The Warehouse Project, fabric, Studio 338, Eden Ibiza, Cova Santa, Pacha, and Amnesia Ibiza, alongside headline sets at Patterns (Brighton) and The Loft (Manchester).
With “Generate,” DXNBY channels the rawest aspects of his evolving sound, delivering a two-track debut that reinforces his place at the forefront of the UK’s vibrant club culture while expanding his global presence.
